Erica has a Master of Business Administration (with distinction), a Graduate Certificate in Social Impact, a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce.
She has over 10 years' experience in the legal industry including at Herbert Smith Freehills, St John of God Health Care Inc and Electricity Generation and Retail Corporation, trading as Synergy. She is currently a Commercial Manager at Fortescue Future Industries.
Erica is also a board member of Palmerston Association.
